- If the package is damaged, return postal charges will be assumed by us and the amount of your purchase will be credited to your account using your payment method chosen, PayPal or SOFORTbanking.

-If the merchandise or article does not please you or if you change your mind for personal reasons, you can return the item(s) bought through our site. In this case, you will have to bear the cost of sending us back the item (s) within 14 working days starting from the date you received the product(s).
